THREE ROADRUNNERS EARN NJAC ALL-CONFERENCE HONORS

Mahwah, NJ: The New Jersey Athletic Conference released the 2009-2010 NJAC Men's Basketball All-Conference team today which contained three members of Roadrunner team.
Sophomore
LaQuan Peterkin (Paterson, NJ) earned NJAC First Team All-Conference honors after leading the Roadrunners in scoring with 416 points, 15.4 per game (155-248). He started 26 games and played all 27 for Ramapo averaging 31 minutes per game. He was second on the team in rebounds with 211 and blocks with 25. Peterkin shot 76% (106-138) from the line while recording 17 steals and 19 assists. Peterkin also led the team with eight double-doubles this season.
Senior
Andre Kenny (Jersey City, NJ) earned NJAC Second team All-Conference. He played in 23 games while starting 19 and averaging 32.1 minutes per game. Kenny was second on the team with 364 points, 15.8 per game while pulling down 126 boards. He led the team with 44 steals and 95 assists while tallying nine blocks.
Sophomore
Anthony LoRusso (Mahwah, NJ) earned NJAC Honorable Mention All-Conference. He was third on the team in scoring with 268 points, 9.9 per game. He played in all 27 games while starting 26 as he averaged 28.7 minutes. LoRusso tallied 31 made three-pointers, first on the team while shooting 99-122 from the foul line, 81%. He grabbed 42 rebounds and dished out 79 assists while grabbing 20 steals.
