ROADRUNNERS COMPETE AT ECAC CHAMPIONSHIPS

Northampton, MA: Members of the Ramapo College men's indoor track and field team competed at the 2010 ECAC Division III Championships hosted by Smith College. The Roadrunners finished tied for 29th overall with eight points.
Rookie
Valdir Mondesir (Montclair, NJ) took home a second place finish in the high jump with a mark of 1.95-meters (6'4.75").
Rookie
Nicci Balestrieri (Belmar, NJ) placed eighth overall in the 200-meter race with a time of 22.87 while sophomore
Isaaic Patterson (Paterson, NJ) placed 15th in the long jump with a mark of 6.43-meters (21'10").
At the IC4A Championships held at the Boston University Track and Tennis Center in Boston, MA. The Roadrunners' 4x400 meter relay team finished 29th overall. The team made up of senior
Jake Stass (Westwood, NJ), rookie
Jermaine Boyd (Hackensack, NJ), sophomore
Eugene Warren (Paterson, NJ) and senior
Kyle Price (Milltown, NJ) clocked in at 3:22.63.
Price also competed at the Columbia Last Chance Meet in the mile run. He recorded a new school indoor record when he placed third in section one with a time of 4:17.10.
The Roadrunners return to action as members of the team will compete at the 2010 NCAA Indoor Championships hosted by DePauw University.
