Mahwah, NJ: The Ramapo College softball team has been picked to finish third overall in the New Jersey Athletic Conference Preseason poll, voted on by the league head coaches. The Roadrunners received three first place votes.

After finishing the 2009 season with a 26-11 record, and fourth overall with a 11-7 league mark. Head coach Ben Allen has produced an overall record of 317-132 in 11 seasons at Ramapo. The Roadrunners return
five all-conference performers including junior pitcher Deanna Giordano, junior outfielder Brittney McKeon, senior outfielder Katie Donnelly, junior catcher Stephanie Malgeri, and sophomore designated player Danielle Rothenberger.

Ramapo will start the 2010 season on Friday, March 12th at the NFCA Division III Tournament in Panama City Beach, FL.
