Mahwah, NJ: The Ramapo College women's tennis team was picked to finish third in the 2010 NJAC Women's Tennis Preseason Coaches Poll released today by commissioner Terry Small of the New Jersey Athletic Conference.
Ramapo College, which finished as the 2009 NJAC runner-up with a 4-1 conference record, was selected to place third. The Roadrunners will be led by new first-year head coach
Raza Baig. Ramapo returns one all-conference player from a 2009 team that finished 10-6 overall in junior
Laura Strandberg (East Brunswick, NJ).
The Roadrunners open the 2010 season on September 1st when they travel to Stevens Institute of Technology at 3:30 PM.
