Hilton Head, SC:  The Ramapo College women's tennis team improved to 9-3 overall with an 8-1 win over Frostburg State University.

Rookies Sara Luby and Micala Demchak won at second doubles, 8-5 before junior Stephanie Abrecht won at third doubles, 9-7.

Ramapo swept all six singles matches. Senior Haley Downing won at first singles, 6-1, 6-3 while Luby won at the second slot, 6-1, 6-1. Abrecht posted a 6-3, 6-1 victory at third singles while Demchak won, 6-2, 6-1. Junior Maegan Heaney shutout her opponent, 6-0, 6-0 in the sixth spot for Ramapo

The Roadrunners will return to action on their spring trip tomorrow morning against Roosevelt University at 8:00 AM.
